Quality Control Head

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Will be responsible for all product quality control activities, equipment operation and availability, optimum cost and she within the QA department, with the final aim of internal and external customers satisfaction, company profitability and personnel welfare meeting at all times the Budget targets.
  • Develop and maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with domestic and international medical device regulatory requirements (EN ISO 13485:2016, MDR etc).
  • Overall looking after Compliance Regulatory, MRM.
  • MR for external audits.
  • Preparation and controlling of Technical Documentation/ QA/ QC/ Regulatory documentation.
  • Is responsible to provide on time and accurate in process and finish product quality testing and results, giving an imme-diate warning to the production and warehouse personnel whenever an off specs situation is encountered.
  • Prepares issues finish product quality certificates for the customers, according to company procedures and customers’ requirements.
  • Analyses all customer complaints, identifying the root cause of the complaint and taking actions or bringing to manage-ment proposals for correction, avoiding the re occurrence of the complaint.
  • Visit customers whenever required.
  • Calibrates and keeps up to standards all the laboratory testing equipment, references, performing R&R and internal and customers cross checks on a periodic basis or whenever required.
  • Stock and inventory control of all the laboratory and quality control chemicals and standards ensuring a proper volume    and quality available at all time.
  • Prepares the annual QA Budget as per company rules and instructions.
  • Leads and organizes the QA teams.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum BSc. in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacology.
  • Around 8-10 years of experience in medical device manufacturing industry or pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth understanding of quality systems such as ISO 3485:2016, MDR.
  • Flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
  • Great attention to detail and a result-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Mould Design Department HEAD

JOB SUMMARY:

Designing & Modifications of Multi Cavity Hot Runner / Cold Runner Moulds for Medical Devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Designing, Checking and verifying engineering drawings of hot runner and cold runner moulds and related documents to ensure accuracy, completeness of drawings.
  • Review new parts and engineering changes for molding feasibility, and propose changes to part design where necessary to reduce tooling cost and minimize potential molding problems.
  • Estimate design time & costing for all new tools and engineering changes.
  • Assign and monitor status of design jobs to optimize work flow and meet scheduling and budget requirements.
  • Good knowledge of multi cavity / hot runner / cold runner mould.
  • Assist in troubleshooting tool build and molding process issues at our global production facilities.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • 8-10  years experience in Mould Designing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge in Solid Works.
  • Ability to research problems, develop solutions and present possible solutions for implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • B.Tech in mechanical engineering/CPET/Diploma in mechanical engineering and 8-10 years experience in mould designing.

Purchase Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Purchase Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of components and equipment and simultaneously search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers.

REPORTS TO:

Purchase Officer will report to the Manager of Purchase.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

MANAGER AUTOMATION

JOB SUMMARY:

Automation Engineer /Project Management

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • New SPM/Automatic Assy. m/c development (multiple parts assembly)
  • Interaction with the end user to understand the requirement for automation.
  • New concept development.
  • Part and assembly design and BOM of SPM machines.
  • Managed the Mechanical part selection like motor, cylinder, Cam rotary index, rotary etc
